Canal+ International launches its “Digital Factory” in Dakar

The international channel Canal+ launched its “Digital Factory” in Dakar on Tuesday, which aims to become a “laboratory of African digital creativity,” noted a reporter from the Senegalese Press Agency (APS).

The launch ceremony took place in the presence of the general director of Canal+ International’s “Digital Factory.

“What we’re launching today is a digital teacher database that will support our initiatives from the African continent. What we want is to have African talent (…) that will allow us to be close to our subscribers, to offer initiatives that interest our African subscribers,” explained Sales and Marketing Director Yacine Boussouba.

“The goal is to launch projects that will allow us to provide the best digital experience to our subscribers so that tomorrow we can offer a new way of consuming television, exactly like the one we offer in all other territories,” he said.
